CoVid19, Masks and Vaccinations

As you will be aware, we are in the midst of a major global pandemic that poses risk to us all, but especially to vulnerable members of our society. Accordingly, we encourage all of our patients to receive their CoVid vaccinations before attending our clinic, especially given that we have some staff who are at heightened risk. All doctors and staff at our clinic are fully vaccinated against CoVid19.

Given the increased risk, some doctors within our clinic require their patients and visitors over 16 years of age to be fully vaccinated to obtain face-to-face appointments. Proof of vaccination status for these doctors will be required upon entry to the clinic. Alternatively, we are willing to accept proof of a negative PCR test taken less than 48 hours before an appointment or the presentation and surrender of a negative Rapid Antigen Test at the time of the appointment to enable a face-to-face consultation to be undertaken. For patients who are unable to provide proof of the above, telehealth treatment options with these doctors will be made available.

Additionally, we fully comply with all public health requirements regarding masking. At times of increased community risk, our clinic may make the decision to operate on a fully remote basis, so that patients do not need to travel to their appointments. At these times, consultations can be done by a range of methods. Our reception staff will be able to give you more information if required.
