Dr Jon-Paul Khoo obtained his medical qualification from the University of Queensland in 1991 and his RANZCP psychiatric Fellowship in 2000 after undertaking his psychiatric training locally. Jon-Paul transitioned to full-time private practice in 2002, after public sector roles in rehabilitation, forensic and consultation-liaison psychiatry. He also completed a Master of Public Health qualification through the School of Population Health, UQ, emphasising public health, psychiatric epidemiology, biostatistics and social determinants of health.

Dr Conor O’Luanaigh completed his medical degree at Trinity College Dublin in 2001. Following his intern year, he moved to Australia and worked as a medical officer in Geriatrics, Psychiatry and Acute Medicine in the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth. He returned to Ireland in 2003 and took up a place in the Trinity College Psychiatry Training Scheme. He successful completed his training in 2006 and became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists UK (MRCPsych). Following this he worked as a research fellow and clinical lecturer in Old Age Psychiatry in the Mercer’s Institute for Research in Ageing. During this time, he gained extensive expertise working in a tertiary memory clinic. In 2011 he moved to Australia to take up a post as consultant old age psychiatrist in Warrnambool in Victoria and worked there till 2016 when he moved to Brisbane to take up the Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist Post in The Prince Charles Hospital. Dr Pradeep Singhal completed his medical training at the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College in India in 1977. Soon after acquiring his medical degree, Pradeep, emigrated to the United Kingdom where he trained as a Psychiatrist with Birmingham University, Oxford University and University of Wales, Cardiff and achieved his qualification as a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 1986. Subsequently he worked as a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist for over three decades. For his years of contribution to the field of Psychiatry and Mental Health services, Pradeep was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (FRCPsych) in 2006.
Pradeep relocated to Brisbane a few years ago, undertaking further training and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2017. More recently Pradeep was admitted to the Faculty of Adult Psychiatry of the RANZCP. Pradeep currently works as a Senior Consultant and Director of a Mental Health Service in the public sector. Pradeep’s main interests and expertise lies in the area of adult general psychiatry. Dr Claire McNaught is a Senior Psychiatry Registrar at Toowong Specialist Clinic. She was raised and educated in rural and regional Australia, then attended Monash University in Melbourne. Claire completed her undergraduate medical degree in 2007, and later continued her postgraduate studies, completing a Masters in Psychological Medicine in 2015.
Claire completed her internship at Monash Health in Melbourne in 2008. She undertook a rotation in psychiatry and was immediately drawn to this specialty. Claire is passionate about medicine and psychiatry. She strives to practice medicine with empathy, and with a focus on the individual’s emotional, social, cultural and spiritual background. Claire entered the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANZCP) training program in 2009. She initially trained at Monash Health for a number of years, then took some time to locum across Australian in a number of different locations.
Claire's main areas of interest are neurodiversity, perinatal psychiatry (parent and infant mental health) and LGBTIQ+ mental health. He completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2011 and trained as a Medical Registrar until joining the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry training program in late 2018. He has worked at a variety of different hospital and community settings including Acute inpatient Care, Older Persons Mental Health, Consultation Liaison at Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital, Neuropsychaitry and Consultation Liaison at Mater Hospital, Research at Gold Coast University Hospital and Community Outpatients at Coffs Harbour Hospital.
A Brisbane local he entered medicine later in life after a career in finance and teaching English and promoting grass roots cultural exchange in Japan. He formed a deep rend love for Japan and visits regularly. Always interested in science when at University he developed a keen interest in the brain and how it functions. This lead to him studying medicine and choosing a rewarding and engaging career in psychiatry.
Dr Watson has developed a keen interest in mood disorders, psychosis, older persons mental health, neuropsychiatry and eating disorders. He is passionate about collaborating with people on their mental health journey with evidence based medicine. He is currently undertaking training in Neuropsychiatry and Consultation Liaison psychiatry which looks at the overlap between physical and mental illness as well as continuing research in Psychiatry.

Dr Tomas Heard received an MBBS from the University of Queensland in 2014 and worked at hospitals including the Royal Brisbane and Women's, St Andrew's War Memorial, Wesley and Gold Coast University, mainly in the field of neurosurgery, until commencing psychiatric training in 2020.
He is passionate about the importance of physical health in mental well-being, with particular focus on exercise, nutrition, and sleep.
